All You Need to Know
DO YOU WORK ON WINDOWS PC'S?
The problem with working on Window's Laptops and PC's is that many of them are sold for so cheap or can be replaced at a low enough cost that economically it makes more sense to have them replaced, opposed to being repaired in most cases. However if you have a PC that you are willing to have repaired we can absolutely do that for you!
DO YOU OFFER SIMPLE CLEANING SERVICES?
If you reach out to us and feel that your device just simply isn't running as quiet as it used to or maybe it's a little bit hotter than it used to be and needs a good scrub on the inside as well as a repaste. We are more than willing to give you some instructions or videos. Maybe even find a good post on our forum. But if you're not comfortable doing it yourself we'd be happy to help.
DO YOU OFFER PC BUILDING?
With the current landscape of acquiring parts and how hard it is to ship those large form factor PC's without damaging them, it's not something that we're currently offering
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
After your device is repaired we'll send you an invoice to the email that you provided us, that invoice will contain a detailed list of any: Parts, Labor, and Return Shipping Costs associated with your Device's Repair. You can pay that invoice with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, as well as PayPal.
DO YOU DO IN-PERSON/IN-HOME REPAIRS?
Yes! Currently, all the operations and repairs of this company take place from my house, I am more than willing to meet somewhere local in the Southern Maryland region to either pick up your device (if you're going to need board repair done) or repair it at your house (if it's a screen repair or just a part, such as an earpiece speaker or battery) to get that done for you so that you don't have to incur any shipping fee's or a longer wait than necessary.
ARE ALL ESTIMATES FREE?
Yes! How our estimating process works is we will disassemble & diagnose your device, at which point we will reach out to you with an invoice. Once you get the invoice it's up to you to decide if you want to go through with the repair. If you decide that it's not worth it to have your device repaired & you want it back we will re-package your device exactly how you sent it to us and the only invoice that you will get will be for the return shipping.
DO YOU OFFER IT SUPPORT/ASSISTANCE?
As a Professional Service? No. As a way of replying to an email or question online just to help somebody out? Yes.
DO YOU OFFER BULK-ORDER/MASS-ORDER REPAIRS FOR EXAMPLE: AN OFFICE?
Absolutely! If you're willing to trust us to handle your company's needs we're more than happy to repair your devices.
I'M WORRIED THAT MY DEVICE WILL GET DAMAGED IN SHIPPING.
As long as you make sure that your device can't rattle around in whatever packaging you're shipping it in and as a nice layer of padding around it, you should be fine shipping it to us. And if anything does happen, I'm sure we can handle it, we take photos of all of our devices as they're being unboxed from our customers to make sure they get to us in the same condition that they left you. And when they get back to you they're in better condition than when they left.
